PRINT MAGIC DESIGN POLICY
Dear Print Magic Customer,
We plan to provide quality and top-notch designs with excellence at all times hence we do not foresee situations where our client rejects our designs or make corrections repeatedly. In the event that corrections have been made more than twice, we will send the preferred design format after the second correction.
Our Design Policy is that after paying for any graphic design to Print Magic, we will design and send two  options of that particular design to you for review. You will then choose one out of the 2 designs then you are entitled to make corrections only twice after which we will submit the final version of design. A third Correction of the Design outside the original work done earlier will attract a 50% charge of the full amount you paid for the Design.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The following outlines the design services provided by printmagicng.com. Packages are laid out in accordance with the needs presented by the client and are to be agreed upon and followed.
By entering into a business relationship with printmagicng.com, you (the Client) agree and consent to the following terms and conditions:
It is vital that you (“The User”, “The Client”) take time to read through thoroughly and ensure you fully understand these terms and conditions and their implications before you agree to commence any project with printmagicng.com. Please also note that from time to time printmagicng.com may need to alter these terms and conditions without notice.

As a user of the printmagicng.com website, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise use any material from this Site without our express prior written consent.
1. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable 100% payment of the estimated cost is required to begin work. Work on the project can only commence when this payment has been received.
2. PAYMENT POLICIES
Graphic design is a professional service, not a restockable product or commodity – customers are billed for the time and expertise of our graphic designers, art/creative directors and project managers. In accordance with industry standards, printmagicng.com charges for design services and does not offer refunds under any circumstance (except in the case of copyright infringement which we outrightly frown at and never indulge in)
3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made through Card Payment via the integrated web pay service (Interswitch), Online Bank Transfer and Physical Bank Transaction.
4. TIMEFRAME AND DELIVERY
Printmagicng.com will provide the initial draft design concepts to the Client within the timeframe agreed upon in the initial consultation. Please note that if we are experiencing higher than usual demand, your design will be scheduled for the next available time slot and you will be notified at the earliest possible time. Printmagicng.com will share the initial designs via email for review by the Client to view his/her draft designs and also be able to provide feedback concerning the design. Printmagicng.com will provide ONLY 2 options of Concept / Designs per Client Order from which the Client is expected to choose and approval one Final preferred Design Concept.
Client’s feedback will be analysed by our creative personnel and the designs will be revised. The revised samples will be presented to the Client within a specified timeframe. Creative Type will continue the revision process as per the terms of the specific contract until the Client is satisfied. Once the Client has approved the final design, printmagicng.com will proceed unto the phase.
REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS
The cost of all projects includes 3 revision rounds i.e. the initial design and two revision rounds. A revision round is a list of small changes or edits that the client suggests and discusses with us in order to move forward with the right design direction. Please note that additional revisions or complete alterations of designs different from the original brief client sent at the beginning will attract an extra cost of 50% of the initial cost.
COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARKS
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text or graphics furnished to printmagicng.com for inclusion in the design does not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another company or organization. The Client will hold harmless and protect printmagicng.com from any claim or suit arising from the use of such as furnished by the client.
Printmagicng.com makes every effort to produce original artwork. If, however, we create artwork for you which “accidentally’ infringes on any existing trademarked artwork, printmagicng.com holds no liability and is limited only to a refund of the paid amount where the Client requests such otherwise Print Magic Limited will be compelled to redesign such Job from scratch.
Printmagicng.com will not conduct research checking on the legal availability of the name we are creating designs for. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the name of their product, company or service is not already in use, and it is the Client’s sole responsibility to secure a service mark or trademark to protect the rights to any name or image. Printmagicng.com and its employees will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
OFFICIAL WORK HOURS
Our work hours are between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm Mondays to Fridays. We respond to emails, at intervals, on Saturdays and Sundays subject to the availability of our Staff.
All communication will be done via email which assists all parties to keep track of correspondence. Printmagicng.com will not take design instruction or changes via telephone.
We expect all work requests are in clear, concise writing, via email. This means that the client and printmagicng.com can look back over emails for clarification if needed.
Client revisions should be, to avoid any confusion, in a single document or email (if possible), in a legible, easy to understand manner. Changes sent through in 10 different emails in a disorganized or hard to understand manner will result in confusion on both sides.
Additionally, if we do not hear from you for 22 working days, your project will be cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded and no design files will be released and we routinely have to clear our Computer Systems of old Files.
The project deposit is non-refundable, and if a project is cancelled by “the client”, for whatever reason, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee, along with a pro rata payment based upon the time spent on designing the project.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND OWNERSHIP
All work created for the client and any concepts discussed are kept confidential. Upon completion of work and payment received, the client owns all artwork that we created specifically for the client.
REPRODUCTION OF WORK
Printmagicng.com retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes and the marketing of the designer’s business. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.
The client may decide to alter the final logo design in any way [not after it had been originally approved by Client for us as Final], except to change its size for printing or digital display. If changes need to be made, printmagicng.com may be contacted to make required changes for an additional fee.
We have the right to reject projects that we would be uncomfortable working with (ie. nudity, pornography, offensive material, etc.). You will be notified by email if your order will be cancelled and the reason for cancellation.
